Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

A nice dress, the fabric is clearly synthetic, the lining is also synthetic. Does not shine through. My size og 85 from 64, counting that the dress waist is overstated, sits well. In the dress for a smaller size it would be already uncomfortable. Still in the dress sewn metallized silver thread, and it glitters, in the photo it is not visible.

Perfect. Ordered Nov. 20, received Dec. 16 to Canada. It is exactly as described. It is surprisingly very well sewn, the detail is very nice, it is of good quality, which is relieving since a lot of clothing on this website is often made very cheap. I am size US medium. Bust is 90cm, waist is 73 cm, hip is 90 cm. I ordered the size large and it fits perfectly. If I was any bigger it would be too small...so if your measurments are bigger than mine, you will need a bigger size. Overall, I am extremely satisfied! 10/10 :)

I love the dress , very pretty. the skirt is flowy, the print is feminine, the shape is ideal and the fabric is pleasant.there is a lining on the top and bottom , I have no bras on and a bright red boxer but it does not see through I took the size recommended to me by store and the dress fits like a glove but it's a struggle to put it on even with the zipper open. all in all , a good investment, I'll buy the white one
I liked the dress. Cute! I ordered the size L for the parameters 85-75-91. I was worried that I was hot with the size. I thought it would be big, but no. And I honestly do not understand what kind of babies order size S)) first, the dress does not have a lock/buttons. Even the size of L is heavy. Secondly, the length. It is just below the knee for my height of 160. And the lining of the dress is shorter than the dress itself. And it's visible. But it's like all the Alisha dresses. By the way, it's not electrified!

The dress is amazing. The fabric is soft and fantastic. Got size M for 84-70-88 and it’s just right (if I gain some weights, it doesn’t fit anymore kkk). I’m 150cm and the dress length reach halfway of my calf. There is no elastic band at the waist. If you want it to be comfortable, size up.
